Dr. Clint Pearman, Ph.D. is a nationally recognized Certified Brain Injury Specialist and Trainer (CBIST) with the Brain Injury Association of America’s Academy of Brain Injury Specialists, a mental and cognitive health mind-body exercise specialist, and the Founder of BICOTIE Global, Tai Chi Edge, and ABC Wellness Zone, three organizations engaged in providing simple solutions for optimizing physical, mental, and cognitive health, and wellbeing. For more than ten years, as a member of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) - Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence, he was the west coast DoD trainer that trained all military medical personnel, service members, and others on how to prevent, diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate individuals that sustained a traumatic brain injury. He was a regular speaker at various Southern California colleges, universities, nonprofit organizations, and health and wellness events on the topic of brain injury prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and health and wellness. Along with directing his private practice as a member of an integrated behavioral health team for a southern Ca hospital, he currently provides a form of contract mind-body education, training, and therapy for service members experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges. For fun, he directs a community-based mind-body exercise education and training program for the Southern California community of Oceanside. 

Clint spent 31 years in the United States Marines. As a senior leader and advisor to Commanders at all levels, he led the operations department of the Marine Corps largest organizations, deployed multiple times, and retired at the rank of Master Gunnery Sergeant. He holds multiple degrees, including a doctorate degree in psychology with a specialty in health and wellness from the University Arizona Global Campus and multiple certifications and certificates in various health-related topics, including Harvard’s Building a Culture of Health. He has been a member of the Wounded Warrior Homes’ Board of Directors since 2017.
