Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to identify volunteer opportunities and needs.

• Recruit, screen, and match volunteers to roles based on skills, interests, and goals.

• Schedule and coordinate volunteers, maintaining open communication to ensure successful placements.

• Maintain accurate records, files, and data on volunteer activities.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the volunteer program.

• Organize volunteer recognition events to celebrate contributions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Experience in event planning, community outreach, and building partnerships.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

• Military or veteran experience is a strong advantage.

Preferred Background

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
